Breakfast Club Open daily from 8.00am and FREE to all pupils. Birchfields is part of the government's free breakfast club programme providing access to a free, universal breakfast club for all primary-age pupils. The club opens at at 8am and finishes at 8.45am as the school day begins. Your child will go straight to their classroom from breakfast club for the start of the school day. The club is held in the school canteen. Please use the Lytham Road gate to access the club. There is no need to book. Children benefit from a healthy, nutritious breakfast compliant with School Food Standards which can help to improve concentration and energy levels to support their learning. Children can also socialise with their friends and get ready for the school day. If your child has a dietary requirement or allergy, it is important that you inform school (including keeping school updated of any changes) so that these can be catered for in breakfast club. |

After School Club Open daily from 3.15pm to 6.00pm. The after school club is run by LSC everyday - Monday to Friday during term time - and open to all children from Reception to Year 6. Please click here for details and booking link. There are two sessions to choose from: Sports and other activities are on offer during the sessions and a snack and drink is provided. Bookings must be made for the club via LSC's website: Book an out of school club | school holidays & extracurricular club. Bookings can be made for individual days or by week or term.
